    Learning and development (L&D) consulting helps organizations identify and address their training and development needs. I work with you to design, implement, and evaluate effective learning programs that drive business results. This could be one-off workshops, ongoing training series, or even building out a learning knowledge base and employee resources for on-demand learning.

  • We already having a training department. Why do I need a consultant?

    You might not, but it depends on their specific role in your organization. A consultation conversation will figure that out quickly. But from my experience training departments are often focused on a narrow scope and are often focused on technical training. A fresh perspective and specialized knowledge from outside the organization can help set you up for success long term or provide coaching to some of your experts on staff. Even Michael Jordan and Lionel Messi needed a coach.
